The quarterly United States multi-tenant sandbox refresh will take place on October 6th. You may read more about the sandbox refresh process and recurring schedules here:

Only multi-tenant clients will be offline while their sandboxes are refreshed. Private Cloud sandboxes will remain online and will not be refreshed.

Data for the refresh will be *as of 11:30 PM ET the Thursday day prior* to the refresh. For instance, if the refresh is on Monday, October 6th, the data in the refresh will be as of 11:30 PM ET on Thursday, October 2nd.

As soon as all refresh activities complete, TeamDynamix will close the maintenance window.
