We will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Please review the details below to understand how this may affect your services:

We will be updating our DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) settings to p=quarantine for emails sent from the TeamDynamix Work Management platform. Please note that this change only affects customers who use the default outbound email address (notify@teamdynamixapp.com) and will not affect those who have configured a custom SMTP server for outbound email.

This change is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen email authentication and reduce the risk of spoofing. For most customers, this update will have little to no impact on email deliverability. Emails sent from TeamDynamix will continue to be delivered as expected in the majority of cases.

However, in rare instances, recipient mail servers that strictly enforce DMARC policies may route these messages to spam or quarantine folders. We recommend monitoring your email workflows after the change to ensure everything continues to function smoothly.

There is no downtime associated with this change and no action is required on your part at this time.
