We will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Please review the details below to understand how this may affect your services:

The Work Management application will be offline for a subset of customers during the 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM (ET) maintenance window.

Email processing for the Work Management application may be delayed from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM (ET) for all customers. Email messages sent and received during this window may be queued during the system maintenance and may be slow to process until 10:00AM (ET). Email should return to normal processing after 10:00 AM (ET). It is advised to check the Unsuccessful folder following the completion of the maintenance after 10:00 AM (ET) on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Although unlikely, it may be possible for an email message to be moved to the Unsuccessful folder during the maintenance. Any unsuccessful messages can be moved back into the Inbox folder for processing once the maintenance completes at 10:00 AM (ET).
